These terms cover anything you buy on codedre.com, starting with live events. The seller is Nubispace LLC, the company codedre bills through until CODEdre LLC is set up. That's the name on your checkout and card statement. Questions: andre@codedre.com.
Live events
- What you get: a seat at the live session described on the event page, your own join link by email, and the replay afterward.
- Your link is yours. It's tied to your email. Please don't share it. If a link is shared, I may turn it off.
- Recording: sessions are recorded and the replay goes to every buyer. By joining, you agree to that. If you turn on your camera, speak, or share your screen, you'll be in the recording. Keep your camera and mic off to stay out of it.
- Be decent: I can remove anyone who disrupts the session, without a refund.
- Your computer, your accounts: you set things up on your own devices and accounts, and you're responsible for them. Following along needs a paid plan that includes Grok Bot, which you buy from xAI, not from me, under their terms. The event page and prep list say which tools each session uses.
No refunds
All sales are final. There are no refunds, including if you can't make it live: every buyer gets the replay.
If I cancel or move a session, you choose: a full refund or a seat at the new time. Email andre@codedre.com from the address you bought with.
Materials
Templates, checklists and slides from a session are for you and your own business. Please don't resell or republish them.
No guarantees
I teach what works for me and show it working. I can't promise any particular result in your business. The session and materials are provided as they are, and to the extent the law allows, my liability for anything you buy here is capped at what you paid for it.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms in place when you bought are the ones that apply to that purchase.
